Project Summary

Whitecross are retained to provide Principal Designer and CDM Client Advisor services for a number of ongoing capital projects throughout Beam Suntory’s portfolio of Distilleries and Bonded Warehouse facilities throughout Scotland. We have also provided advice on their Sipsmiths Gin distillery in London.

Our Role:

  • Recent projects include a multi-million pound Still House refurbishment at Glen Garioch Distillery to revert production back to direct fired stills along with modern high energy efficiency controls, construction of new warehouses and re-roofing project at various Bonded Warehouse sites.  
  • We have developed in-depth knowledge and experience of controlling construction projects within COMAH and DSEAR sites.
