Whitecross have been retained by APAM on Optima Building, Glasgow for the last 6 years to undertake regular Planned Preventative Maintenance works and provide building surveying advise and defect pathology.

Production and annual review of the Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme.
Adopted the role of Contract Administrator and Cost Consultant in respect of Annual PPM Works.
Adopted the role of Principal Designer in execution of Client duties under CDM Regulations.
Cost reporting and management of works to completion.
