• Provision of space planning following a review of the clients activities and requirements together with accompanying budget cost.
• Appointed to deliver the project as turn key.
• Obtaining necessary statutory approvals.
• Adopted the role of Contract Administrator and Cost Consultant in respect of Annual PPM Works.
• Adopted the role of Principal Designer in execution of Client duties under CDM Regulations.
• Cost reporting and management of works to completion.

The project was delivered within eight weeks including the installation of feature digital video wall within the newly formed conference facility.
