Our Role:
Having kicked off pre-covid, the project was made more complex with the need to have more covid-resilient desk space. This took the form of movable dividers for covid compliance, better ventilation in meeting rooms, and more break-out pods.
The result was a beautifully designed and built space, fit for purpose with room to grow alongside their headcount. This included:
- Full Cat-B fit-out with Cat-A alterations
- Furniture Procurement
- New cleanroom facility
- Floor finishing
- IT Integration
The project was delivered on-budget, and despite design-work being completed over Teams, the project was delivered in a timely manner. The client was extremely happy, and an existing relationship was strengthened.
