As Project Managers, responsible for overseeing the risk management process, including Risk Registers, Risk Reduction Meetings and Management/Mitigation of risks working with stakeholders and design teams throughout the project.
Value Engineering
Provision of Value Engineering Services, working with stakeholders and design team’s ensuring cost efficiency during the design and construction phases to achieve the optimum balance between quality, cost and time.
Procurement Advice and Management
Advice and selection of appropriate procurement routes and contract selection for projects of different property types. Management of building contracts throughout the project, including advice on specialist work packages and integration into the overall project delivery.
Construction and Handover Management
Project Management of the Construction Phase of Projects, specialist work packages development of deliverables for project acceptance, including witnessing, demonstrations and handover to the stakeholders.
NEC3 Supervision
As Chartered Building Surveyors, we are well versed in the role of NEC3 Supervisor, ensuring works are carried out in line with quality set out in the Works Information. This includes the management of defects, witnessing of tests and regular site inspections and reporting at all stages of a project.
Development Monitoring
To ensure that quality standards are adhered to throughout the design and construction process and that the customer receives what they expect at the outset. We also offer advice on proposed specifications, development briefs, collateral warranties and performance bonds.
