We hold membership with the Association of Project Safety both at Incorporated (IMaPS) and Certified (CMaPS) levels; demonstrating advanced experience and knowledge of project safety.
Principal Designer Services (Statutory duty)
We regularly provide full Principal Designer services ranging from preparation of Pre-Construction Information, assisting and reviewing Construction Phase Plans, site inspections and reporting, collation of Handover Health and Safety File.
Client CDM Advisor
In addition to undertaking the above statutory duties on construction projects, we also provide clients with a consultancy advice service. Services range from advice to ensure client duties under the CDM Regulations are properly understood and discharged, to assistance with preparing project briefs, Pre-Construction Information (where no Principal Contractor/Designer).
